This piece investigates the expressive potential of white as both structure and gesture. Suspended over a blended, multicolored ground, the marks create a shifting network of forms that feels spontaneous yet interconnected.
Process
The work began with blended primary colors applied directly onto the canvas to build a dynamic and atmospheric base. I then developed the composition using white painted forms, allowing the marks to emerge organically across the surface. To deepen the texture and add finer definition, I used white and silver acrylic markers for additional detail. The piece was created over three sessions.
